Group Classes
Whether you have done Pilates before or are trying it for the first time, I run classes that suit all levels, ages and abilities and specialize in working with the older body.
If you are a complete beginner I do require you to attend a 1:1 private assessment session so I can ensure you are able to join a group class.
The group classes are designed to help you build up your muscles, strengthen your joints, improve your mobility and encourage better balance and posture.
The classes are limited in numbers in any one class. By restricting the size of each session I am able to give individual attention where needed and enable each member of the class to reach their fitness targets and meet new challenges.
Three of the classes are currently run as hybrid sessions, in both physical spaces and online using the Zoom video sharing platform.

You will need to bring your own mat and head cushions and when appropriate, weights or a foam roller. Other pieces of equipment are supplied if you are coming to a face to face session. If you need advice about where to go to get the equipment just drop me an email and I can help you out with supplier information.
For zoom all you need is an IPad, Android tablet, laptop or smart phone, that has a camera and microphone and download the Zoom Ap to your device.
Once you are set up I invite you to your class via email and you click the link to join the virtual class. I would advise exercising on a mat as working out directly on the floor can be uncomfortable for the spine.
I send the class invitations out in advance of each session and open the class about 10 minutes before it is due to start, giving everyone time to set up so you can see me and I can see you.
It also gives everyone some time for a chat and catch up.

Booking a class
You can pay online for either a single class at full price or a multi-class pass which offers a discount off the single class rate.
You can also pay via a bank transfer. Please contact me for my bank details.
If the classes are full I will put you on a waiting list and let you know when a space becomes available.
If you are ever unable to attend a class please let me know as soon as you can so I can offer the space to someone on the drop-in waiting list.
If you buy a block class pass and miss a session then you can make up the class by attending one of my other sessions at a later date.
