1:1 Sessions
The 1:1 Introductory session lasts an hour and is a great way to find out if Pilates is for you. It gives you the opportunity to experience Pilates first hand and provides you with a good idea of whether you would prefer to work in a group class or continue with private tuition.
During the 1:1 Introductory session I will discuss with you what you would like to achieve, what your goals are and take you through a series of exercises to assess your fitness level and mobility.
The 1:1 sessions last an hour.
If you would prefer a regular session that gives you more attention than a group session, perhaps you are returning to exercise after an injury, pregnancy, or simply want to readjust your work-life balance by having some me-time, then 1:1 sessions are for you.
I will design a series of lessons that will help you meet your fitness targets. This bespoke programme will build your core strength, increase your flexibility and improve your general health and wellbeing.
1:1 sessions (both Introductory and Regular) can either be held in person at your home or via the Zoom video sharing platform.
If you prefer to try the online session to get started all you need is an IPad, Android tablet, laptop or smart phone, that has a camera and microphone and just download the Zoom Ap to your device.
Once you are set up I invite you to your session via email and you click the link to join the virtual class. I would advise exercising on a mat, or rug as working out directly on the floor can be uncomfortable for the spine.
Sessions can usually be arranged on any day of the week, Monday – Friday and at most times between 8.00am – 8.00pm.

You can pay for a class in advance with a credit card below or via a bank transfer. Contact me for my bank details. Choose which package you would like, an introductory session, single regular class or a 10 class pass.
